Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and upsell center experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on exceptional guest service and memorable experiences for bowlers and diners alike.

Ideal candidates have 2 years related experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to learn menus and promotions quickly. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of Related Experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
