Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is seeking a friendly Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver orders, upsell center experiences, and ensure a clean, fun environment. You’ll learn the menu, promotions, and help guests with questions while delivering exceptional service.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in guest-facing roles, a HS diploma (optional), and a passion for great guest service; must be 18+ to serve alcohol where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
