Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is hiring a Lane Server to be a world-class ambassador for our entertainment centers. You’ll take, deliver, and upsell food and beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a lively setting.

This full-time role requires 2 years of related experience and a passion for great hospitality; 18+ to serve alcohol is required by state law. Our benefits include healthcare and perks such as free bowling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
