Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Orange, CA is seeking a friendly Lane Server to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced entertainment center. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn menus and promotions, upsell experiences, keep areas clean, and assist guests with questions while working nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
