Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to engage guests, take and serve orders, and promote a high-energy, family-friendly atmosphere. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional service in a dynamic entertainment center.

The role emphasizes learning the menu, promotions, and upsell opportunities while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Evening and night shifts are available in a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience (as referenced in job duties).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest service.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and stocked.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
