Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to welcome guests, take and deliver orders, and promote menu items in a lively entertainment center. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and a commitment to a great guest experience in a dynamic environment.

The position requires 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma (optional), and the ability to serve alcohol where permitted by state law.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
