Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help create a fun, high-energy bowling center experience.

You will learn our menu and promotions, check back with guests, assist with questions, keep your area clean and stocked, and upsell the center experience during evening and night shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; the position is part-time and located at one bowling center in Illinois.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
