Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server for part-time shifts in our entertainment center. You will take and deliver food and beverages, learn the menu and promotions, and ensure guests have a top-tier experience.

You’ll check back with guests, assist with requests, keep the area tidy, stock your workstation, and upsell the center experience. The job requires 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to great guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
