Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chicago seeks a Lane Server to deliver food and beverages, upsell the center experience, and ensure guest satisfaction in a vibrant entertainment setting.

You will handle orders, learn menus, and assist guests with questions while maintaining a clean work area and supporting a team-oriented environment. Evening and night shifts are available; must be 18+ per state law.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
