Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server in Illinois. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn and promote our menu, and provide exceptional guest service in a lively entertainment setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Part-time evening/night shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• A commitment to outstanding guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
