Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders while delivering exceptional guest service. You will learn our menu and promotions, relay them to guests, and check back to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes a team-oriented environment with responsibilities ranging from setup and stock to upselling the center experience and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
