Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to deliver outstanding guest service in a vibrant entertainment center. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn the menu and promos, and engage guests to ensure a memorable visit.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and upselling in a fast-paced environment; requires ability to stand, move, and interact with guests during shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
