Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Lane Server to greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver high‑quality service in a lively entertainment center. You’ll learn the menu and promotions, upsell the center experience, and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.

As a Lane Server you’ll contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment, handle food and beverage requests, and help keep the venue clean and organized.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest service focus.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely and assist with questions or requests.
• Help keep the center clean and maintain an organized work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
