Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New York is seeking a part-time Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and relay menu promos with upbeat service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, learning the signature menu, upselling center experiences, keeping your area tidy, and helping create memorable bowling visits. Evening/Night shifts on weekends are required; tips supplement hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
