Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Commack, NY is seeking a part-time Lane Server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a great dining and entertainment experience. You’ll learn our menu, upsell center experiences, and help keep the center clean and inviting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional guest service, and a friendly attitude. Prior experience is helpful; age 18+ for alcohol service; flexible evenings and weekend shifts available with competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
