Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server in New Jersey. The role involves taking and delivering food and beverage orders, learning and relaying menu promotions, and providing exceptional guest service in a lively entertainment center.

As a Lane Server, you will check in with guests regularly, assist with questions and requests, help keep the venue clean, and upsell the center experience while maintaining a guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
