Job summary

Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield is seeking a Service Drive Support/Valet to greet customers, assist service advisors, and perform vehicle walk-arounds on the service drive. This role involves moving cars, light cleaning, and providing general support to the store.

• Computer and administrative experience are preferred.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests and provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Moving cars in and out of the building.
• Perform vehicle walk arounds in the service drive.
• Vacuum, wash windows, and a variety of supporting tasks.
