Hiner Outdoor Living in Colorado Springs is seeking a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing Sales team. You will consult with clients, present landscape concepts, and prepare accurate estimates and quotes to turn their visions into award-winning outdoor spaces.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and company cell phone. A proven landscaping sales track record and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of sales experience in the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills and a demonstrated sales mentality.
• A demonstrated understanding of plants, plant materials, and landscaping techniques.

Responsabilités

• Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping vision, preferences, and functional requirements, including conducting on-site meetings with clients.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Presenting landscape design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Preparing accurate project estimates and quotes.
• Scheduling pre-job walk-throughs and final walk-throughs.
• Generating leads and identifying potential clients while also actively engaging in sales activities.
• Working closely with team members to ensure the successful execution of design plans and project delivery.

We offer a competitive base + commission compensation, as well as benefits for our Landscaping Sales Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living, including:

• A base pay of $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience
