Job summary

Harmony Design Group, a premier landscape architecture and construction firm, is seeking their first ever Landscaping Sales Specialist to spearhead sales for their Design/Build division. This role is a base + commission opportunity with year one compensation expected to be $85,000-$115,000+ with opportunities for growth from there.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience in a service-based industry such as landscaping or construction.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRMs; Aspire experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand vision, goals, and project needs; manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract; ensure a smooth handoff to production.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and relationship building.

Our Landscaping Sales Specialist - Design Build will spend their days meeting with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals and project needs and manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract, ensuring a smooth hand off to production. This role will also focus on generating new business through networking, referrals, community events and building relationships.

Our ideal candidate has sales and/or business development experience in service-based industry such as landscaping or construction with an ability to manage multiple clients/opportunities simultaneously and experience working with CRMs (Aspire experience is a plus but not required).
