Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking a hands-on CGM Crew Member to assist with year-round commercial landscaping maintenance services in Greensboro, NC. You will work closely with the Foreman and join a team focused on quality grounds management.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing planting and clean-up tasks, and adhering to safety policies while delivering professional service in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend and stoop repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid NC driver's license (CDL preferred).
• Willingness to obtain NC Pesticide applicators license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in training on landscape grounds management services.
• Dig, plant, rake, water, and clean up landscapes.
• Load/unload heavy equipment and planting materials.
• Collect company equipment and tools at day end.
• Assist other divisions such as installation or floriculture as needed.
• May assist with snow removal in winter months.
