FineTurf LLC is seeking a Landscaping Crew Member in Matthews, NC. This full-time role offers year-round work, varied outdoor tasks, and opportunities to grow with a team that values reliability and quality. Start times are early, Monday–Friday, with weekends off and a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Background check performed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Landscaping experience is a plus but training is provided.

Start time 6:45 AM

Monday through Friday with weekends off

What you will do:

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments. Responsibilities include installing mulch, planting flowers and shrubs, topdressing, aeration and seeding, and trimming.

You will operate equipment and company vehicles safely while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at job sites.

You will communicate respectfully with customers and work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
