FineTurf LLC is seeking a Landscaping Crew Member in Matthews, NC. This full-time role offers year-round work, varied outdoor tasks, and opportunities to grow with a team that values reliability and quality. Start times are early, Monday–Friday, with weekends off and a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include hands-on outdoor work, operating equipment, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Background check performed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Landscaping experience is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install mulch, plant flowers and shrubs, topdress, aerate and seed, trim.
• Operate equipment and company vehicles safely.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at job sites.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and work with the team to complete projects.
