FineTurf is hiring a Spray Technician in Charlotte, NC. The role offers $18 to $24 per hour plus bonuses, with full-time, year-round work and a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:45 AM. No lawn-care experience required—we provide training and growth opportunities.

You will apply treatments, diagnose turf issues, educate customers, operate spray equipment, and document activities via mobile software. We offer strong benefits and a supportive team environment.

Spray Technician - Lawn Care - Weekly Pay - Year Round Work

Charlotte, NC | $18 to $24 per hour plus bonuses | 45,000 to 60,000 per year

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 yrs) with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and team first mindset
• Self motivated and goal oriented
