Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Proficient with computers and basic software (POS and Google Office)
• Ability to perform basic math, geometry, and unit conversions
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Use Epicor BizTrack to enter orders, take payments, and ensure accuracy
• Answer calls with a positive, professional tone and assist customers
• Guide customers through orders and help them select the right products
• Schedule deliveries and support the sales process from quote to pickup or install
• Learn product lines (Hardscapes, Sod, Artificial Turf, Irrigation, Drainage)
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, presentable store
