Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
• Comfortable with basic math, geometry, and unit conversions.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/work on your feet all day.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Use POS software (Epicor BizTrack) to enter orders and take payments accurately.
• Answer incoming calls with a professional, helpful tone.
• Guide customers through their orders and product selections.
• Schedule deliveries and manage the sales process.
• Provide product information and build quotes when needed.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, presentable store.
