You will meet homeowners, evaluate their landscapes, recommend services, develop proposals, and close deals while building lasting client relationships.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and full benefits. Ideal for someone who wants to focus on sales and business development.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the landscape industry.
• Strong working knowledge of plants and residential landscapes.
• Experience in sales, account management, estimating, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to discuss budgets and close sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
• Professional, polished presence with clients.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective and existing clients at properties.
• Evaluate landscapes, identify needs and opportunities.
• Discuss plant material, turf, drainage, maintenance, and improvements.
• Understand client goals, priorities, and budget.
• Develop and present clear, professional proposals.
• Close sales and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with design team when design is needed.
• Build long-term relationships for recurring services.
• Provide clear handoffs to production team.
