Job summary

Mariani Landscape is hiring a Production Coordinator (Landscape Supervisor) to ensure quality standards and safe, efficient operations. You will train crews, schedule work, and supervise daily activities across maintenance sites.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of landscape materials. Proficiency with ASPIRE and MS Office is preferred, with a IL driver’s license and CDL if possible. Competitive benefits and salary range are offered in IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years field experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape maintenance.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License, CDL preferred.
• Valid Certified Landscape Technician license, or desire to obtain one.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and direct others and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Mariani quality standards and policies are followed on each site.
• Train crews on techniques, equipment operation, pest identification and control.
• Provide daily schedules and instructions to crews.
• Supervise maintenance crews and review time sheets for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Client Representative and shop for equipment needs.
• Assist in snow removal planning and routing as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on schedule; manage time-off and reports.
