Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Landscape Enhancements Crew Leader to guide a crew on high‑quality landscape enhancement projects. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency and client satisfaction, with hands‑on duties in planting, drainage, hardscape prep and installation.

You will mentor crew members, liaise with the Operations Manager, and help manage materials and schedules on site. Requirements include a valid MA driver’s license, MA Hoisting License and a minimum of 3 years in landscape

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in landscape construction.
• 2+ years as a team leader or crew lead preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute landscape construction practices (bed prep, planting, mulching).
• Manage and motivate crew to meet budgeted hours and project scope.
• Communicate daily project status with supervisor and plan the next day.
