Job summary

AAA Landscape in Phoenix, AZ hires an Account Manager to coordinate multiple site supervisors across a landscape portfolio. You ensure high job quality while staying within client budgets, protecting company profit margins, and meeting client needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and labor, scheduling timelines, reviewing divisional financial reports, and mentoring Site Supervisors and Forepersons.

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with appropriate grammar and vocabulary.
• High degree of skill and experience using Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
• Advanced math skills, understanding of calculations regarding square footages, GPM, cubic footages, and basic accounting principles.
• SPCC certified, ALCA Certified (or actively working towards certification)
• Driving: Must have valid AZ Driver’s License, acceptable DMV report and pass AAA Landscape driving test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and labor fluctuations between job sites through Site Supervisor and Foreperson management.
• Schedule divisionary equipment and labor priorities to ensure overall job quality and efficiency.
• Schedule timelines for division supervisors to follow and set up plant-care protocols.
• Review divisional financial reports to maintain prescribed profit margins.
• Develop Site Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled team members.
