Job summary

AAA Landscape in Phoenix is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate multiple site supervisors across portfolio properties. You will focus on quality while staying within client budgets and maintaining company profit margins.

You will manage equipment and labor fluctuations, schedule priorities, and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks. Strong leadership, English communication, and math skills are essential for success. Experience in landscape management and team development is valued.

Qualifications

• College education or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with appropriate grammar and vocabulary
• High degree of skill and experience using Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
• Advanced math skills, understanding of calculations regarding square footages, GPM, cubic footages, and basic accounting principles.
• SPCC certified, ALCA Certified (or actively working towards certification)
• Driving: Must have valid AZ Driver’s License, acceptable DMV report and pass AAA Landscape driving test.
• Experience: Ability to perform all competencies of Site Supervisor, with experience managing a multiple landscape management project portfolio with strong interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and labor fluctuations between job sites through Site Supervisor and Foreperson management.
• Schedule divisionary equipment and labor priorities to ensure overall job quality and efficiency.
• Schedule timelines for division supervisors to follow and set up the protocol for fertilization, aeration, overseeding, pre-emergent, post-emergent, transition period routine, trim schedules, and seasonal irrigation requirements.
• Account Managers regularly review divisional financial reports and are instrumental in the decision-making process to ensure that company properties, as well as their portfolio, maintain prescribed profit margins.
• Account Managers are responsible for the professional development of their Site Supervisors and Forepersons, ensuring that a constant stream of skilled and trained team players are being developed from labor up, throughout their portfolio.

Salary scale

Portfolio size and profitability of projects/portfolio in relation to budgeted margins are critical. A large portfolio without meeting profit margin goals could reduce the Targeted Salary ranges below
