Job summary

LandCare is seeking a Production Manager to lead frontline crews, ensure quality and safety, and oversee production planning across client landscapes. You will coordinate with Account Managers, conduct quality audits, and develop detailed service plans using LandCare’s Aspire software to drive service excellence.

The role emphasizes training, hiring, and mentoring crews, with a focus on profitability through careful labor and materials cost management and strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency and safety on client sites
• Perform landscape quality audits with Account Manager and clients to review quality and maintenance needs
• Create detailed job service plans for each client using LandCare’s Aspire software system
• Provide production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members
• Understand and contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs and review of financial reports and results
