Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod installation, weeding, mulching, and debris removal to create and maintain beautiful landscapes for clients.

The role requires working outdoors for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using hand tools and power equipment. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, and candidates should be willing to bend, stoop, and twist as needed while working on varied terrain and weather

Qualifications

• Landscape experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, and blow debris to maintain lawns.
• Prune shrubs and low tree branches for healthy growth.
• Plant and maintain flower beds for attractive landscapes.
• Lay sod to establish new areas.
• Weed control and mulch applications.
• Maintain grounds by digging trenches and moving soil/equipment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
