Job summary

Juniper is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. This role combines driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer and hands-on landscape maintenance at each job site.

You will join the landscape crew, performing mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and general duties, while ensuring safety and quality on site. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus, and the role requires outdoor work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work long hours outside in extreme conditions.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulch, etc).
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
