Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities include mowing turf, pruning shrubs, planting beds, laying sod, weeding, mulching, and debris removal while using hand and power tools. Must be able to work outdoors for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
