Juniper is growing and seeks Crew Members for its Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform mowing, pruning, planting, sod laying, weed control, mulch application, cleanup, and equipment operation to deliver quality landscapes.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures.
• Able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
