Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Join Juniper to contribute to design, build, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. Candidates should be able to work outdoors year-round, operate hand and power tools, and lift up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight).
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches
• Planting and maintaining flower beds
• Laying sod
• Pulling weeds
• Applying mulch
• Picking up trash or debris
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Digging trenches and holes
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
