Job summary

Juniper is growing and seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, planting, sod laying, mulching, and debris removal on client sites while adhering to safety and quality standards.

We value bilingual communication (English/Spanish) and the ability to work long periods outdoors in heat, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs. Join a people-focused company offering growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to work for long periods outside in extreme heat.
• Able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod and pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch and picking up debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes and moving soil and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
