Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple crews or departments.
• Strong budgeting, labor management, and operational metrics knowledge.
• Experience with Aspire or LMN or similar software preferred.
• Background in high-end residential, HOA, or commercial maintenance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operations managers and field teams.
• Oversee daily maintenance and snow operations.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain production standards and operating procedures.
• Review and approve divisional payroll and operational purchasing.
• Manage divisional budgets and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
• Drive client retention and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on annual planning and growth initiatives.
• Regularly inspect properties and ensure high service standards across accounts.
