Job summary

Lakeside HR Group is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead year-round field operations for a growing landscaping, enhancement, and snow management company in Minnesota. You will supervise landscape crews, manage safety, quality, scheduling, and cost performance while driving profitability.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong team development, project coordination, and the ability to coordinate with account managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping, snow operations, or related field services.
• Experience leading field crews and supervising hourly employees.
• Strong snow and ice management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with scheduling, job costing, labor management, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily landscape enhancement and snow removal operations.
• Oversee field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage crew scheduling, routing, equipment allocation, and daily work assignments.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop field employees and crew leaders.
• Monitor labor productivity, staffing levels, and workforce planning.
• Conduct job-site inspections to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, vehicles, and inventory needed for ongoing operations.
• Track labor, job progress, reporting, and operational metrics through Aspire software.
• Manage job costs, labor budgets, material expenses, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead snow and ice management operations during winter weather events, including after-hours response as needed.
• Partner with Account Managers and leadership to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements.
