Job summary

Greatjob is seeking an Operations Manager, Landscape Maintenance to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and align with customer expectations. This role provides leadership, drives continuous improvement, and partners with Account Managers to optimize service delivery.

The position requires 3-5 years of leadership in landscape maintenance, strong planning, and proficiency with scheduling tools; a Bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; horticulture or related field is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of landscape industry experience in production, maintenance, and service delivery.
• 2-3 years of leadership in field operations or crews.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning huddles, set expectations, and review daily goals with crews.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on job scopes, schedules, and feedback.
• Monitor safety, quality, and equipment maintenance across crews.
• Approve timesheets, manage labor and materials for cost control.
• Support leadership planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing crew members.
