Job summary

Weller Brothers Landscaping is seeking a capable leader to direct the Sioux Falls Maintenance division, overseeing mowing, fertilization, weed control, horticulture, tree work, irrigation and seasonal snow operations. You will manage crews, schedules, equipment and budgets to deliver safe, high-quality, timely services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple field crews or service teams; landscape maintenance operations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong people leadership, organization, judgment, problem-solving and professional communication; ability to interpret operational performance metrics and use business software.
• Valid driver's license; ability to visit active jobsites and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service delivery through Maintenance Leads; oversee crew schedules and routing.
• Manage divisional operational results including budgets, billable productivity, unbillable time, materials and equipment costs; drive improvements.
• Hire, coach, train and evaluate team members; develop Leads and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate with Sales/Account Management and provide timely updates on completions, delays and service concerns.
• Enforce safety, training, and equipment care; manage snow operations as needed.
