Qualifications

• 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal.

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas.
• Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact; conduct site visits as needed.
• Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor field operations and implement process improvements.
• Oversee snow and ice management operations during winter.
• Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and departmental resources.
• Maintain an active field presence and lead by example.
