Job summary

Envirocare Landscape Management is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee budget, personnel, and program execution for our landscape maintenance division in Upstate South Carolina. You will supervise Account Managers, Field Supervisors, a Turf Manager, and an Irrigation Supervisor, guiding training, scheduling, and quality control across client properties.

You will work with account managers on enhancements, quotes, and new property opportunities, while coordinating irrigation timing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on landscape maintenance experience.
• Degree in horticulture/turf management preferred.
• Strong supervisory and problem solving experience.
• Understanding of landscape maintenance, turf management and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department's operating budget including labor, materials and equipment costs.
• Supervise and coordinate Account Managers, Field Supervisors, Turf Manager, and Irrigation Supervisor.
• Oversee training on irrigation programming, horticultural practices, and Greenius system usage.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks including pruning, chemical applications, mowing, trimming and edging.
• Ensure quality control through site visits and customer communication on a quarterly basis.
• Estimate enhancements and new properties for annual maintenance.
• Oversee employee management, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate irrigation run times with the irrigation manager and turf programs with the Turf Manager.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and shop communications for repairs.
