Job summary

PureGreen is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager in Longs, SC to lead the Landscape Maintenance Division. You will oversee Field Managers and crews, ensure safe, efficient service, and work with Branch Managers and Sales to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, budgeting, production efficiency, and leadership development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or operations leadership.
• Experience managing leaders and multiple field crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Field Managers and provide leadership across the Maintenance Division.
• Oversee daily and weekly route scheduling to optimize efficiency and crew balance.
• Manage the Maintenance Division budget including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safety practices and equipment readiness across the division.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, Account Managers, and Sales to meet customer expectations.
