Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience required.
• Prior landscape experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to manage safety, productivity and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are enforced and drive a culture of safety.
• Lead and coordinate medium-to-large teams and multiple crews.
• Monitor daily performance to meet quality standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage dispatch and end-of-day processes.
• Identify labor, equipment and subcontractor needs.
• Conduct site audits to maintain high quality.
• Coordinate with Client Relations Manager to ensure scope meets quality.
