Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a Landscape Maintenance Internship in Maryland for 10–12 weeks, running May–August 2027. The program provides hands‑on field training, job shadowing, dedicated mentorship, and leadership development to prep interns for a future in commercial landscape operations.

Interns will rotate through Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, gaining practical skills and industry exposure while contributing to real projects in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
