Ruppert Landscape is offering a Landscape Maintenance Internship for a 10–12 week program May–August 2027, based in Davidsonville, MD. You will gain hands-on field training, shadow critical teams, and learn branch operations while contributing to real projects on commercial properties.

Qualified students pursuing degrees in Horticulture or related fields will learn operations, leadership, and professional networking, with a $16–$18 hourly wage and potential for future employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship to guide progress and provide feedback.
• Final presentation detailing internship experiences, projects, and skills gained.
