Refined Gardens in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member for a full-time, year-round role with a fixed 4-day schedule (Tue–Fri, 10-hour days). Pay ranges from $20–$24/hour plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify.
• Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and detail work.
• Assist with planting, seasonal color, and irrigation checks.
• Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems.
• Follow direction from the Foreman to complete work efficiently and to company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Help ensure every property consistently meets high standards.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member – 4-Day Work Week (Full-Time)

Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends)
Pay: $20-24/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Refined Gardens is hiring maintenance crew members to care for high-end residential properties across the Valley.

This is a full-time, year-round role with a consistent 4-day schedule. We work Tuesday through Friday so you get a reliable 3-day weekend, almost every week. Occasional Monday or Saturday work may be required once or twice per year.
