Job summary

Four Peaks Landscape Management is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the Phoenix metro area. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades for residential and commercial properties, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation tweaks, and other enhancements.

Responsibilities include following project plans, safely operating tools and equipment, keeping sites clean, and ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
