Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance grounds using hand and power tools and equipment
• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, and raking
• Assist with sprinkler installation and repair as needed
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
• Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure safe and efficient use of materials and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, walk extensively, and navigate uneven terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
